Freshdesk OCR customer-specific adaptions

The customizing and teach-in of our AI-Agents is a simple and smooth as the management of all other procedures, processes, features and functions. Principally, you as a customer can autonomously initiate the customizing and teach-in of your AI-Agents. If so, the AI-Agent provide you with an individual link to the AI dashboard. Just a few clicks further the corresponding adaptions can be easily carried out and checked.

Freshdesk OCR app costs

All apps offered by ai-works4u.com are based on the technical platform of our AI-Agents. An AI-Agent is, simply put, a software agent that is installed on a dedicated server  in a data centre. From this data centre, AI-Agents can be assigned their tasks.

Cost structure

Our pricing model is as clearly structured just the way our AI-Agents carry out their multiple tasks.

  1. On-time: For the provision of the hardware on which the AI-Agent is installed, we charge a one-time fee of 1,490 EUR.
  2. Running costs (subscription): Starting at 990.00 EUR per month, you can get an AI-Agent with a working time of 2 hours per calendar day. 2 hours is usually enough to process about 150 cases per day.
  3. Scalability is key: At any time, you can adjust the number and working times of your AI-Agents perfectly to your needs and thus also process many thousands of invoices per day.
  4. Customizing costs (and pay-offs): We bill the setup and connection of the existing systems, as well as customizing for individual requirements on a daily rate basis. As a rule, about 10-15 days are required for this. The daily rate is 1,890.00 EUR

The use of the app is upon subscription which can be provided within just a few days. The subscription can be cancelled at any time with 45 days’ notice.

Installation & integration:

The installation and integration of our Freshdesk OCR app is as easy as one, two, three. No need for an installation on a local customer server. The integration into the existing Freshdesk instance is carried out simply via API.


All you need for a secure integration are your API access data. All corresponding entries can be executed via our AI-Agents dashboard.

How to manage your AI-Agents

  • what they are exactly processing.
  • how many documents, pages and characters were processed.
  • what quality was provided.
